2020 VOTING IS NOW OPEN!

The Australian Hotels Association is looking for WA’s Best Steak Sandwich in 2020 and voting is now underway!

Now in its 13th year, the AHA’s Steak Sandwich Competition provides an opportunity to be recognised as WA’s best.

Judged by the general public through an online voting system, each participating venue can encourage patrons to vote for their steak sandwich.

Each venue is provided with marketing tools including posters, flyers and more!

The competition is promoted through a variety of media channels throughout April.

This year the 2020 Steak Sandwich finalists will be determined using a combination of methods including online votes, judging criteria and mystery judge visits.

From this process, four Perth and four country WA finalists will be identified. Each finalist is then invited to compete in a live steak sandwich cook-off, held at the AHA Hospitality Expo on the 12th and 13th May at Crown Perth.

Country WA cook-off - Tuesday 12 May, Crown Perth
Perth cook-off - Wednesday 13 May, Crown Perth

The two cook-off winners (Perth and Country WA) receive automatic entry as the semi-finalists in the AHA Hospitality Awards for Excellence “WA’s Best Steak Sandwich” category.
